24th Entry - Vaccination, an experience - antibody & antigen testing & other #COVID19 considerations

Today I was inoculated with the first dose of the Pfizer mRNA #SARSCoV2 vaccine at 15:57 GMT in London, UK.
So far so good. (it's 19:20 Hours)
I am still taking Quercetin & Zinc as a precaution - Quercetin supposedly protects from anaphylactic shock those prone to allergies, I am not but it's OK.
I am suspending other supplements however, just in case they interfere with the vaccine doing its thing, i.e. trigger an immune response.
The full protection will only be after administering the second dose which should be hopefully in 4 weeks' time.
I have written this initially in @Facebook, will post this to @Twitter later.
I also had a couple of days ago an antibody test, that's for my own edification & academic scientific curiosity. The antibody test was negative, which means I have been virus free for the past four months at least, it does not mean I was never infected, as I previously posted I suspect by induction that I was infected over a year ago end of November 2019 because of the flurry of myriad of symptoms including a worrying spike in sugar levels which prompted my GPs (MDs in US parlance) to diagnose me as Diabetics Type 2, this was I also suspect an effect of deleterious #SARSCoV2 activity, as we are finding out the virus aetiology is bewildering with any symptoms under the Sun due to its systemic ability to infect any tissue in the body with ACE2 receptors which includes endothelial tissues which are the inner lining of blood vessels, this means it can go anywhere in the body & create problems...
mRNA vaccines are a new thing, & we don't precisely know what the long term effects will be.
I pray to Allah for His continued protection against human folly & Gog & Magog who are today ruling over us.
I have been forewarned to expect some effects from the vaccine inoculation such as fever, swelling at the site of the inoculation & headaches, etc. The advice is to take paracetamol (in the US known as Tylenol)...
First two symptoms: slight soreness at site of inoculation, only feel it when touching, light headed a bit, so not a big deal, no headache & no fever so far.

05 March 2021 at about 03:30 am after having taken earlier some supplements I stopped taking for 3 days before inoculation of the Pfizer vaccine, & six days after Niacin being major one:
1. Intense painful hot flush induced by Niacin (expected but not as strong)
2. Intense Myalgia, feeling flushed & cold in extremities, like flu (ME symptoms, not expected)
2. looked like herxheimer reaction - maybe interferon/interleukin release as vaccine delayed reaction one week after inoculation.
This morning gone body back to normal (with some neuropathy which is the new normal for me).

The next dose of the vaccine will be in 12 weeks in contravention of the Pfizer/BioNTech manufacturer's advice, it might make the vaccine less efficient & induce viral mutations future vaccines might not be able to address.
This could well be grounds for a class action lawsuit against Matt Hancock (UK Secretary of State for Health), Boris Johnson (UK Prime Minister) & the UK Government (currently Conservatives Party led by them).

08May2021
Second shot of the Pfizer mRNA #SARSCoV2 vaccine at about 16:30 GMT+1 in London, UK.
I wish I got an antibody test in between the two vaccines shots, but they are not covered by the NHS & cost 40 bucks, so I passed further tests.
It's about three weeks less than the 12 weeks imposed by the ignoramus ERG Tory politicians, at least I will have a vaccine passport if one is needed to travel, as I said I have more confidence in my antiviral protocol based on Quercetin & Zinc than Big Pharma vaccines, also have kept supplementing with Quercetin & Zinc to also protect from vaccines side effects...
I didn't take other antibody tests because they are not on offer under the NHS & cost too much.

09May2021
24 Hours later after getting mRNA @pfizer #COVDI19 #SARSCoV2 vaccine - side effects: -very sore shoulder, hard to extend. -headache -profuse sweating -slight nausea
-also loss of appetite the side effects are worse than with the 1st shot & this despite taking #Quercetin & Zinc, had to take paracetamol.

Taking an extra 2.5 g of #Quercetin with #Bromelain stopped symptoms of mRNA vaccine’s side effects, so I just needed a higher dose than the 1.5 g divided into two doses I already take (1 g morning & 500 mg at night) - via @dwmoskowitz @__ice9 @mercola @HighPeaks77 @ScarofOdysseus

I don't know if it is a side effect of the 2nd shot of mRNA @pfizer vaccine, or just ripples from my occasional bipolar depression & neuropathy, but got hit with both in the past few days.

23rd Entry - Revisiting Quercetin as antidote to allergic response provoked by SARSCoV2 protein spike.

Revisiting Quercetin as antidote to allergic response provoked by SARSCoV2 protein.

This new insight posited by Nephrologist turned Genomicist @dwmoskowitz https://twitter.com/dwmoskowitz

In his own words from his @Twitter feeds -  https://twitter.com/dwmoskowitz/status/1358119705857449984

The spike protein of #SARSCoV2 is likely a basic secretagogue like the viral nucleocapsid protein. It triggers the Mas-related GPR X2 receptor on mast cells.

#Quercetin blocks the MRGPRX2 receptor and should be given with any vaccine.

Ultimately & basically, to protect from #COVID19 use at the minimum Quercetin & Zinc, also use Quercetin around the time of vaccinations as it can ward off dangerous side effects like anaphylactic shock to the viral spike protein as per @dwmoskowitz's advice.

Here is @dwmoskowitz https://twitter.com/dwmoskowitz online in pdf format:

The meat of the article -

Quercetin was chosen because it is a high affinity (micromolar) inhibitor of the MRGPRX2 receptor [2].
MRGPRX2 is a recently described receptor located uniquely on the mast cell [3-5].
Mast cells are present in the lung and gut.
The MRGPRX2 receptor is promiscuous. It is activated by basic secretagogues [6], molecules that combine a strong positive charge with a hydrophobic portion.
Viral nucleocapsid proteins contain a strongly positive charge to bind the negatively charged phosphate backbone of the viral nucleic acid, while a hydrophobic segment of amino acids attaches to the viral membrane [7].
Specifically, COVID19 nucleocapsid contains an unusually basic region at amino acid #369-KKDKKKK-#375. SARS-1 contains the same segment at amino acids #370-376.
MRGPRX2 can activate the high affinity IgE receptor, Fc-epsilonRI, in the absence of pre-formed IgE. IgE signaling in the absence of IgE ensues, with mast cell degranulation and anaphylaxis.
The over 200 bioactive molecules released by the mast cell could easily account for the pathology seen in COVID19. Quercetin, the most common plant flavonoid, is inexpensive and readily available, present in onions, capers, tea, cilantro, apples, etc. It makes flowers yellow.
This patient was doing poorly but responded dramatically to quercetin. In the absence of any treatment for COVID19, Quercetin should certainly be considered.
It may even serve as prophylaxis.
In addition, Quercetin should be considered for additional viruses whose nucleocapsid proteins are basic secretagogues that could activate the mast cell MRGPRX2 receptor, such as Ebola and dengue, etc.
From the public health point of view, Quercetin is ideal.
It is safe: the average diet already consists of quercetin 10-15 mg/day, and large doses are well tolerated [10]. It may be the yellow lining in the COVID19 pandemic.

Important discovery - #Quercetin is a mast cell stabilizer. It blocks host's overly exuberant response. #Quercetin blocks #cytokinestorm, it doesn't matter which viral variant causes it. There's no way #SARSCoV2 can develop resistance to it. It allows for natural inoculation.

#Acutes Quercetin 500 mg twice a day of quercetin is good starting dose for most adults. If heavy (>200 lb) or severely ill, e.g. short of breath, start at 1 g twice a day. The key is double the dose every day symptoms persist, up to 3 g twice a day. As advised by @dwmoskowitz

An important note: no food, herb can contain enough #Quercetin in therapeutic dosage to help against #COVID19, the minimum required amount for prevention per day is 500mg, no choice but to supplement, average diets will never reach such high amounts.

For prevention, MD Dr Zev Zelenko from direct experience with patients advises the following -

Quercetin 500 mg once a day
Elemental Zinc 25 mg once a day
    Vitamin C 1,000 mg once a day.

All the above advice are congruent & in line with the antiviral protocol I put together for myself & family & those who care to stay alive & well - https://thenabsters.blogspot.com/2020/12/15th-entry-extra-covid19-anti-viral.html

...
As the half life of Quercetin is rather short, I suggest instead of 500 mg once a day as Dr. Zev Zelenko advises to rather take 500 mg twice a day, or to keep the lesser dosage he advises 250 mg twice a day.
The problem of course is to find 250 mg Quercetin dosage.

Also
clearly states, protocol collated from several empirical positive reports goes far beyond #COVID19 mitigation. It's a baseline health-maintenance strategic approach to support T cell immunity, maintain healthy blood vessels & functionally adequate endothelial linings.

This antiviral immunotherapy protocol based solely on orthomolecular medicine compounds -

Maintenance doses I take & advise are:

Quercetin - 1 gm per day (divide in 2 doses every 12 hours).
Z
inc - 25 mg to 50 mg elemental Zinc per day.
Bromelain - 500 mg per day
Vitamin D3 - 6,000 UI per day (with K2)
Copper - 1,000 mcg per day
Vitamin C - 2 gm per day.

In acutes (like in the middle of the infection)

Quercetin - 2 gm to 6 gm per day (divided in two doses every 12 hours).
Zinc - 50 mg
to 75 mg elemental Zinc per day.
Bromelain - 500 mg to 1 g per day.
Vitamin D3 - 10,000 UI per day (with K2).
Copper - 1,000 mcg per day.
Vitamin C - 4 gm per day.
K2 dosage advice in entry 15 of this blog.

Usually the infection should clear within a few days to a week, doses of Vitamin C can be increased as needed but then above 4 gm per day get a multi mineral supplement including magnesium, calcium & potassium as minerals with high doses of Vitamin C get chelated by the body, also it is reported that Quercetin reduces amounts of Vitamin C.

The above were my own trial & error dealing with my own SARSCoV2 Covid-19 infection, follow up by a good naturopath/nutritionist/herbalist is recommended.

Note -
Orthomolecular medicine which was pioneered by the late double Nobel Prize recipient Linus Pauling advocates the use of natural extracted supplements in much higher doses than in addressing nutritional deficiency, it has now become mainstream in alternative natural therapies.
