19th Entry - Enhanced antiviral protocol against #COVID19 infection.

This is a self administered experience I am willing to take on myself, it might carry risk, I do not know, this is not advice to follow, if you wish to follow it, I bear no responsibility to outcomes, good or bad, may G-d help us to be healthier & stronger.


Revised enhanced antiviral protocol: (Acutes) Quercetin - 2 to 6 gm per day (divided in two doses every 12 hours). Zinc - 50 mg to 75 mg elemental Zinc per day (reduce to 25 mg per day when better) Bromelain - 500 mg to 1 g per day. Vitamin D3 - 10,000 UI per day (with K2). Copper* - 1,000 mcg per day.
Selenium - 50 mcg per day (newly added for extra bioavailability) Vitamin C - 4 gm per day.
NAC - 600 mg to 3,600 mg per day (in 2 to 3 doses) Niacin - 500 mg to 3 g per day (still unsure if it helps) Niacin advice follows.
Cold pressed Cannabis oil (dosage TBD...)
NAD+ (TBD)
* Copper competes with Zinc, either take them separately or double copper dose)

By acutes, meaning those in middle or better beginning of symptoms of #COVID19. Niacin should be gradually increased maybe starting with 100mg & ramping up depending on how host needs it. The flushing painful experience is a sign that Niacin is working detoxifying the host.

If higher doses of Niacin too hard to bear, then start gradually, it depends on one's threshold for bearing pain, but the end result is a healthier body, so worthy to endure, like the pain of sports when building up stamina or muscles.
Some supplements to avoid to make Niacin work best:

Supplements to *avoid* to make flush inducing Niacin work best - 5HTP Glutathione Aspirin Omeprazole also better try take Niacin on its own away from other supplements & medicines (me I avoid 2 hours before & after), Niacin pills should have no gelatin as this hampers effect.
& As per @3PIDEMIOLOGY Dr Katz' advice -
Medications that should ideally be spaced apart from to facilitate efficient absorption of flush inducing Niacin or prevent interactions that may hinder Niacin absorption with each dose include: antibiotics/tetracycline, anticoagulants/thinners, aspirin, proton pump inhibitors, blockers, & isoniazid.

Niacin also better taken with food to avoid stomach upset, drinking plenty of water during the day. Will include this info in my blog with results on myself & family members (my sisters mainly).

I suspect & conjecture that by mopping out inflammations from the body & helping it better regulate itself, flush inducing Niacin will make other supplements work even better & at lower dosages. Also with a host reclaiming its health, some medicines might become no longer needed.
