20th Entry - Mystery Illness as gradual onset of SARSCoV2 the virus responsible for the COVID19 syndrome.

Referring to #COVID19 as a type of 'flu or cold is very misleading, it may start like a cold by using lungs as port of entry, but after that what it does is anything but, spreading through endothelial lining of blood vessels & depriving cells of oxygen is new , even calling #COVID19 a #coronavirus is a misleading misnomer as what it does to the body goes far beyond what it does to lungs & pneumonia, this is a systemic vascular endothelial virus that can potentially attack any cells, tissues, organs, systems in the body.

#SARSCoV2 is a vascular virus that exploits any weakness in tissues, organs, systems in the body along the endothelial pathway, for those with weak immune systems, the lungs will be the first to fall with interstitial pneumonia.

Sars-Cov-2, a virus that mimics several illnesses pigeonholed as #COVID19 - mine: IBS Dyspepsia Interstitial Cystitis Pancreatitis Diabetes FibroMyalgia ME/CFIDS Neuropathy Bronchitis Guillain-Barré Syndrome Lupus... I had all symptoms of the above, including fears of testicular cancer.

The symptoms came gradually, with first ones being lower back pain, intestinal discomfort, including spasms, blurred vision, burning feelings in bottom of rib cage, feet & bladder, also episodes of violent diarrhoea, a bout of bronchitis, overall feelings of unwellness, persistent nausea, sporadic numbing of hands, feet & face, myalgia, headaches, sore throat, etc...

Only blood tests & echographies put my mind to rest, only test turning clearly negative was high blood sugar making me Diabetic Type 2 - this also back to normal with meds, diet & exercise, but neuropathy still...

Neuropathy & neurological symptoms are residual effects am still suffering, & still unable to clear - such as burning feet & skin + an overall unwellness with nausea - given pregabalin maximum dosage + amitriptyline to calm down nerves as they say... responding but still pain.

Also other symptoms are burning sensations on skin, & weird fizzy feeling on some areas, particularly feet & hands, all being reported as atypical #COVID19 symptoms, but diarrhoea & tummy/intestine pains, also testicular pains being reported by #COVID19 patients which I had.

What it tells me is that the virus can attack several parts of the body & systems at once, thus creating a plethora of symptoms, or it can attack ferociously some parts with the dreaded consequences of organ failures & subsequent deaths, it all depends on immune profile.

So far, Niacin has not fully helped with neuropathy symptoms as when/if I miss a dose of pregabalin I get back a flare up of pain. My current dosage of Niacin is 2g / day, will up this to 3 g soon.

Next entry will finally list other supplements reported to help against COVID19.

There have been of late several worrying reports of people contracting #SARSCoV2, having symptoms, then seemingly improving, then for "no reason" suddenly dying.

It might well be that the virus responsible for the #COVID19 syndrome challenges the aetiology associated with other disease inducing viruses in that Medicine has difficulty predicting prognoses & morbidity development in patients up to & including unexplained sudden deaths.

I posit that there is a very subtle element that the virus does to the host that is maybe beyond our technological capability of seeing exactly what the virus does at the micro cellular level.

That the virus is systemic along all endothelial tissues might be the reason for the unpredictability we get as far not only as morbidities are concerned, but more dramatically as to an as yet process unaccounted for that results in sudden deaths of hosts otherwise deemed as recovering, recovered or in the process of recovery.
